Philip & I at the Reichstag

Halllooo. Haven’t written anything in months because I’ve had such a lovely summer :-) Well August was a lot of work with the stupid guest house, and I’m really sorry I didn’t get to see everyone more. Hopefully get down to Belfast before I go back to Durham to see you stragglers down there! Anyway, Germany was fantastic, especially Berlin. Although quite expensive, I think we spent maybe €100 on cocktails over the 5 days :-S But sure…Cologne was also good, Philip moved into a new flat which is amazing and should make his life a lot easier as he doesn’t have to travel 4 hours to get to work or uni. Now he lives right beside the train station…damn 4am cargo trains! All in all it was a fantastic two months together and makes all the struggling and long distance in between totally worth it. I keep thinking that now, that Christmas isn’t so long away, and one day this whole skyping, missing, heart-wrenching goodbye bullshit is going to be over and it will have only made us stronger.

So yeah, sorry to get all into-me there, hope everyone else is having a fantastic time back at uni and hope to see y’all pretty soon!
